Update the device's operating system and verify that there is at least 2 GB free storage space available. Delete the app, restart the device, and reinstall the app. If you are watching on the website, clear the cache, and restart the web browser.

Ensure the app and the AirPlay or Chromecast-enabled device are connected to the same Wi-Fi network and that Bluetooth is enabled on these devices. The AirPlay or Cast icons will not appear on the video player unless these are correctly set up.

Open the app on your device. On the video you would like to watch, tap the AirPlay or Cast icon and choose the device you would like to play it on.

Please note, at this time, Live TV streaming via AirPlay or Chromecast is not available. The HDMI connection is also not available for any content.

If you still experience the error, please contact us and include a brief description of the issue, including relevant details (show/episode name, device type or model, operating system and version number, etc.). Include details for both the device you casting from and the device to which you are sharing the content. Click the Contact Us button if shown on this page, message us in the mobile app under Settings > "Help"> "Contact Support", or email us at help@cc.com  to report the AirPlay error or Chromecast error.
