If you have received an error message, please note:

BET+ is only available in certain regions. Depending on your location, you may be unable to access BET+.

If BET+ is available in your region, a possible cause for the error is being connected to a VPN. VPNs may reroute your internet traffic outside your current region and impede our ability to determine whether you are currently located within your region.

To resolve this issue, please attempt the following:

1.      Disable your VPN and restart your computer or device

2.      Check your internet connection

3.      If neither 1 or 2 solves the issue, please contact us directly for additional help.
