We’re sorry you’re having trouble signing in to BET+. Please note there’s a difference between having a BET+ account and a subscription. You will only need to purchase a subscription to BET+ once on the supported device of your choosing (iOS, Android, Roku, or Amazon devices) using your app store credentials. 

Are you receiving an error message after entering your BET+ account information? There’s a chance you may have forgotten your password or you may have not created an account.

If you are unable to set up a BET+ account or gain access to the one you have, please tap CONTACT US or email us directly at support@bet.plus for more assistance. Please be sure to include the email address for the BET+ account.
I am locked out of my account, how do I reset my password?
You can reset your password by tapping the “Forgot Password” link in the Settings section:
Tap the Settings menu in the upper right of the screen in the app
Under Account, > tap the SIGN IN at the bottom of Account Details
Tap Reset Password listed under Submit
You’ll be asked to enter your email address to reset your password and Submit
Once the email address is submitted, you will be sent a reset link to update your password.
I created a BET+ account, how do I know if I am subscribed?
When you tap the Settings section and view the Account menu, what do you see? If you are signed in and see "Subscribed" then you are subscribed to the service. If you see "Not Subscribed" listed under the Subscription option, then you are not subscribed to BET+. You can choose the Subscribe option to start your free trial/subscription.
