Apple Account Deletion
If you subscribed to BET+ through Apple, you may delete your BET+ account at any time once your subscription has been successfully canceled.
Deleting your Bet+ account will delete or anonymize any data associated with it so that it is no longer connected to your email address.
Upon deletion:
- You will permanently lose access to your account, any profiles associated with it, and viewing preferences, including movies and shows saved to your “My List”.
- You will lose access to the BET+ service immediately. You will not be able to access the service for any remaining days left to run on your subscription and you will not receive a refund for this period.
What is the difference between canceling my subscription and deleting my account?
By canceling your subscription, you’ll still have access to BET+ through the end of your billing period. For example, if you cancel your subscription on September 1, but your billing date is September 20, you will be able to stream BET+ until September 20.
By deleting your account, your subscription will be canceled immediately, unless you’re billed through a third party (like Apple, Android, Amazon, or Roku), in which case you must cancel your subscription through this third party (see below for instructions).

On your iOS device (iPad or iPhone)
1. On the Home screen, tap Settings > Tap your Apple ID at the top of the screen, where your email address is located. You might need to enter your password.
2. Under Subscriptions, tap Manage. Look for the BET+ subscription.
3. Turn off Automatic Renewal (change the switch from green to grey). Your subscription will stop at the end of the current billing cycle.
On your desktop or laptop
1. Open iTunes (PC) or App Store app (Mac). If you're not signed in, sign in with your Apple ID.
2. From the menu bar at the top of your computer screen or at the top of the App Store window, choose Account > View My Account. Enter your password.
3. On the Account Information page, scroll to the Settings section. To the right of Subscriptions, click Manage.
4. Look for the BET+ subscription. Turn off Automatic Renewal to cancel a subscription. Your subscription will stop at the end of the current billing cycle.
On Apple TV 4, you can edit subscriptions only for tvOS apps that are installed on that Apple TV
1. Open Settings.
2. Select Users & Accounts, then select your account.
3. Select Subscriptions.
4. Choose the subscription you want to manage, then select Cancel Subscription. If you don’t see Cancel Subscription, then the subscription is already canceled and won't renew.
What if I subscribed to BET+ on another device (like Android, Fire TV, Roku), but want to delete my account?
If you subscribed on a device other than an Android device, you must return to that device to cancel your subscription. For instructions, go here. After canceling, if you’d like to delete your account, click here, REMINDER: You will forfeit any remaining time and will NOT receive a refund for your subscription.
