You can sign up for BET+ on your device with these simple steps:

• Launch the BET+ app on your Xfinity device and:
  • • 1. Select "Sign Up." You'll see an access code displayed on your TV screen.
      2. Visit bet.plus/activate on your computer or mobile web browser and enter the on-screen access code, then click "Activate."
      3. Choose a subscription plan, then click "Continue."
      4. Create a BET+ account, or sign in to an existing one, then click "Continue."
      5. Enter your payment information, and click "Start BET+."

You'll see a confirmation screen. You can return to your Xfinity device to stream BET+.

• Once you have added the BET+ app, there are two ways to sign in:

On your TV

• • • 1. Go to Settings > Sign In.
      2. Select On my TV.
      3. Enter your email address and password when subscribing to BET+ and select Sign In.

On bet.plus

• • 1. Go to Settings > Sign In.
    2. Select On bet.plus
    3. You’ll be presented with a website and a code. Note this code—you’ll need it for the next step.
    4. Visit bet.plus/activate on your computer or mobile device, enter your activation code, and select "Activate." You must do so first if you’re not signed in to BET+ on your computer.
    5. Your screen will refresh, and you can stream on your Xfinity device.

  • If you’re having trouble streaming, check to ensure you’re running the latest version of the BET+ for optimal viewing.
• Troubleshooting
  • Restart your device to fix streaming issues
    If you have trouble streaming or the app freezes, you can often resolve this by doing a power cycle on your device with these steps:
  • 1. Unplug the device from the power source, wait 15 seconds, then plug it back in.
    2. When plugged in, the device automatically turns on, then relaunches the BET+ app.
• Accessibility features (closed caption, audio descriptions)
  • Select the CC  button OR press ZERO on the Xfinity remote
  • To format closed captions:
    1. Select Settings in the main menu, then Closed Captions.
    2. Select the style of closed captions.
• Change or update your BET+ billing information
  • Please visit bet.plus on your desktop or laptop, and click "Edit Billing/Payment Information" to change or update your payment method.
    
    If you originally signed up for BET+ on another platform or billing system (Apple Store, Roku, etc.), you’ll be prompted to return to that platform to change or update your billing information.
