What is the difference between the Essential and Premium tiers?The new Essential tier provides the same content and features as the BET+ Premium tier, but with limited ads.

Premium tier subscribers can stream on up to four devices simultaneously, while Essential tier subscribers are limited to two simultaneous streams.

These limits apply regardless of the number of devices authorized to access BET+. Simultaneous streams are measured across all content available on the platform.

How do I switch my plan? Whether you upgrade from Essential to Premium or downgrade from Premium to Essential, it's easy to manage your BET+ plan. Please note that if you upgrade in the middle of your current monthly subscription or during your free trial, you'll be charged the difference immediately, losing the remainder of your free trial if applicable. Existing annual subscriptions will be upgraded and charged at the end of your current year.

On Web or Smart TVs:

Go to www.bet.plus and sign in
Navigate to Account Details
Select Manage Plan
Change Plan
Select your new plan.
On Apple or Android devices:

Sign in to BET+ on your phone, tablet, or connected device
Navigate to Account Details
Select Manage Plan
Change Plan
Select your new plan.
Your new plan will be confirmed on your Account page.

**Please note that the Essential Tier is currently not supported on Amazon.

Still seeing Ads? Premium subscribers enjoy all BET+ content free of pre-roll and mid-roll ads. You may see short promotional videos at the beginning of some content to keep you updated with our latest originals.

If you see multiple ads during video playback, please get in touch with us at support@bet.plus or visit Account>Contact Support in the app and provide us with the following:

1. Name of the show, season, and episode.

2. Please provide the operating system with the Device/Platform you’re using to stream.

3. BET+ app version installed on your device.

4. Are you seeing brief promotions for shows or ads for products and services?

5. The email address associated with your subscription.
