Most Playback Issues can be resolved by following these simple steps:


1. Check Internet Connection: Ensure Wi-fi connection is stable, or if hardwired, ensure there are no loose cables.


2. Force Close and Reopen the BET+ App.


3. Check for App Updates in the Operating System Settings (i.e., Google Play Store). Be sure to enable auto-updates for future prevention.


4. Clear Cache & Data for BET+ within the settings of your device. (Be mindful that this may erase saved content progress and other pertinent information.)


5. Restart your device: Power off completely. Then turn it back on.


6. If problems persists uninstall and reinstall the BET+ app.


7. Verify Device Compatibility (Sufficient Storage Space, updated app version, updated operating system, and stable internet connection).


8. To determine if an issue is device-specific, try testing on another device.
