Roku:
Option 1: Using the menu
1. Press the Home button on your remote
2. Go to Settings
3. Select System
4. Choose Power
5. Select System restart

Option 2: Manual restart
1. Unplug the Roku from power
2. Wait 30 seconds
3. Plug it back in and turn it on

Amazon Fire TV Stick
Option 1: Using the menu
1. Go to Settings
2. Select My Fire TV
3. Choose Restart

Option 2: Manual restart
1. Unplug the Fire TV Stick from the power
2. Wait 30 seconds
3. Plug it back in and power it on

Smart TV (Samsung, LG, Hisense, etc.)
1. Turn the TV off using the remote
2. Unplug the TV from the power outlet
3. Wait 60 seconds
4. Plug it back in
5. Turn the TV on

If available:
You may also find Restart or Reboot under Settings > System.

Apple – iPhone & iPad
1. Press and hold the Power button
o (On newer models, hold Power + Volume)
2. When prompted, slide Power Off
3. Wait 30 seconds
4. Press and hold the Power button again to turn it back on

Android Phone & Tablet
1. Press and hold the Power button
2. Tap Restart
o If Restart isn’t available, tap Power Off
3. Wait 30 seconds
4. Turn the device back on

Tip
If restarting doesn’t resolve the issue:
• Make sure your device software is up to date
• Check your internet connection
• Try restarting your router/modem
