Before running through the troubleshooting steps, please make sure you have at least 3 GB of storage free and that the iOS or Android device clock is set automatically.
- Go to Settings and find the device's web browser app.
- Clear the browser cache. Delete the BET NOW App and restart your device.
- Then download the BET NOW App again and try to sign in once more.
Please note at this time, some Kindle Fire or Android devices cannot load the TV provider page. This is being investigated and we're working hard to fix the issue. In the meantime, please access the BET NOW App from a different device.
