CHROMECAST
The Chromecast issue on iOS and Android has been resolved as of 12/14/2022.
If you are still unable to use Chromecast, please delete the app, restart the device, and reinstall the app, making sure to accept/allow all related permissions (Bluetooth, Nearby Devices, etc.). Make sure the device you are casting to is connected to the same network. You should now be able to cast from the video player Chromecast button and from the main menu Chromecast button.
AIRPLAY
Update the device's operating system and verify that there is at least 2 GB free storage space available. Delete the app, restart the device, and reinstall the app. If you are watching on the website, clear the cache, and restart the web browser.
Ensure the app and the AirPlay device are connected to the same Wi-Fi network and that Bluetooth is enabled on these devices. The AirPlay icon will not appear on the video player unless these are correctly set up.
Open the app on your device. On the video you would like to watch, tap the AirPlay icon and choose the device you would like to play it on.
Please note, at this time, Live TV streaming via Chromecast is not available. The HDMI connection is also not available for any content.
