Noggin shut down on July 2, 2024. All billing has stopped. If you are still receiving a charge or have a question regarding a past charge, please contact us or email directly to support@noggin.com. Be sure to include your Noggin account. 

If you are unsure about your Noggin account or where you subscribed, please provide the following information:

  • - Any other email addresses that might have been used
  • - A screenshot or photo of the charge showing only the date, the exact amount, and the source of the charge
  •  - If the charge says Noggin website or you see Noggin.com with the 844 phone number on your banking statement, please provide:
    • Last four digits of the credit/debit card charged for the subscription
    • Billing ZIP code
    • Exact amount charged
    • Date charged
