If you are unsure about your Noggin account or where you subscribed, please provide the following information:
- - Any other email addresses that might have been used
- - A screenshot or photo of the charge showing only the date, the exact amount, and the source of the charge
- - If the charge says Noggin website or you see Noggin.com with the 844 phone number on your banking statement, please provide:
- Last four digits of the credit/debit card charged for the subscription
- Billing ZIP code
- Exact amount charged
- Date charged
If you had a Noggin annual subscription, partial refunds are being processed. Please check with your financial institution to confirm if there was a charge or a refund.
