This is a known issue we're working to resolve and we apologize for the inconvenience. To continue using your NOGGIN App, please try following the steps below.

1. Uninstall the NOGGIN App and turn off your device for one minute.
2. Once your device is turned on, make sure it's connected to the Internet and re-download the app.
3. Either Sign In to your Noggin app or Get Started.
4. On the Start For Free screen, tap on the Verify Subscription shown on the bottom.
5. Then select either Restore Purchase or the correct channel and enter in your account information as requested.

To confirm that your subscription is active, check the main screen as the option to subscribe should no longer appear.
