If you are a Verizon Fios customer, you may have the Verizon Home Network Protection (HNP) turned on for your wifi which could be blocking the Noggin app.

To turn off and manage HNP, please go into the My Fios app or website and select Internet -> Home Network Protection -> Turn Off Protection.

If you have issues turning it off, please contact Verizon.

Once it is off, restart your device and try re-accessing the app.
