If you're having trouble playing videos on your iOS, Android, or Amazon Noggin app , try following these steps to fix the issue.

1. Make sure you have at least 3 GB of available storage space on your device
2. Delete the Noggin app and turn off your device for 1 minute
3. Restart your device and download the Noggin app
4. Open the Noggin app > verify that you are still signed into your Noggin account
5. Check to see if the videos are now working.

The quality of your video playback depends on the strength of your Internet connection. If you're running the Noggin app with a slower Internet connection (3G or 4G), the quality of your video should adjust so the video plays smoothly. You'll also want a download speed of at least 1.5 Mbps or faster. If you don’t know the quality of your Internet connection, you can test it by downloading an app like Speed Test from the app store.

Keep in mind the Noggin app is only available in the U.S., including American Samoa, Guam, North Mariana Islands, Palau, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands. If you're traveling outside any of these territories, kids can still access Noggin videos on any U.S. military base. Just be sure you have a strong Internet connection for the best possible experience.

Further TIPS: To close background apps, double-press the HOME button; this will bring up the multitasking switch bar, which will allow you to close out all other apps.

Try to refresh your signal by either switching your device to Airplane mode and back again or turning your router off, wait a couple of minutes, then turn it back on.
