Sorry to hear you’re having trouble with sounds in the app. Here are some settings to check:

1. If you’re having trouble with all sound, including video, access your Control Panel by swiping up from the bottom of your device or down from the right corner on newer devices.
2. Check that the Mute option is turned off / not highlighted.

If your device has a side switch - iPhones on the left and iPads on the right - you should switch it so that you cannot see a red dot.

You can also change this side switch to Lock Rotation. This will help the issue from recurring. Just follow the instructions below.

Go to your device’s Settings
Make sure General is highlighted
Look for Use Side Switch to your right
Tap Lock Rotation Option
