First, try reloading the Noggin app by selecting the Home button on your Roku remote. This will close the channel and return you to the Roku home screen. You can then re-open Noggin by selecting it from your list of Roku channels.

If that doesn't resolve the problem, uninstall the channel and download the latest version from the Roku Store.

If you first subscribed to Noggin on a device other than Roku, you may delete the app by pressing (*) on your Roku remote and selecting Remove Channel. Then add the Noggin channel again from the Roku Store.

If you first subscribed to Noggin on your Roku device, you'll need to cancel the subscription service before deleting the app. You can follow these steps to unsubscribe on your Roku device or visit the Settings section in the Noggin App if that’s easier for you.

Use your Roku remote to navigate to the Noggin icon on your channel menu
Press (*) on your remote
A new menu will appear; select Manage Subscription
Select Cancel Subscription
Verify that you'd like to cancel the service and close out of the menu by pressing (*) or selecting Close
Once you’ve cancelled your Noggin subscription, you can continue to delete the app from your Roku device by pressing the * button again and selecting Remove Channel. Then add the Noggin channel again from the Roku Store.
