If you are having trouble accessing the Noggin app on your FireTV device, please try the following to further troubleshoot this issue:

1. Press the Home button to return to the Amazon Fire TV home menu.
2. Navigate to the Settings menu.
3. Select the Applications menu.
4. Select Manage Installed Applications.
5. Select the Noggin app to clear its cache.
6. Select Clear cache.
7. Select Clear data.
8. Restart your device.

Once you have completed the above steps, please give the app another go.
