We’re sorry you’re having trouble signing into Noggin. Please keep in mind there’s a difference between having a Noggin account and a subscription. The Noggin account created and verified when you subscribed can be used to access your subscription across multiple supported devices. You will only need to purchase a subscription to Noggin once by visiting Noggin.com or directly through on your device.

Are you receiving an error message after entering your Noggin account information? There’s a chance you may have forgotten your password, have not verified your account, or you may have not created an account. If you see your email is not recognized or are an Amazon Prime / Apple TV subscriber, you will need to create and verify your Noggin account before you can link your channel subscription to the Noggin account. After the account is created and verified, use the Verify Subscription option shown under the Subscribe button. You will need to select the correct channel (Amazon Channel or Apple TV) then follow the steps to verify the subscription through that app store. If you are subscribed through another app store like Apple, Google, Kindle or Roku, you can use the Restore Purchase option if your device is signed into the app store account that is charged for the subscription.

*Please note that Noggin accounts are only for use in Noggin apps. It cannot be used to sign into the Amazon website, Prime Video app or Roku Channel to access the subscription.
