You may need to reset the network settings on your iOS device.
- Open Settings (gray gear wheel icon on the home screen) > tap General > tap Date & Time > tap Set Automatically to Off.
- You should then see the correct date, year, and time for your location. Tap Set Automatically to On.
- Go back to the General menu, then scroll down and tap Reset > tap Reset Network Settings > enter your Passcode > tap Reset.
- Log in to your Wi-Fi source again, then try opening the Nick App.If this issue persists, please go to the Nick App page in the App Store and tap App Support to the right of the star rating.
