Apple TV (4th Generation)
  1. Make sure your internet connection is working
  2. Restart your Apple TV (go to Settings > General > Restart)
  3. If that doesn’t work, restart your router or modem
Android TV
First, exit the Nick App by pressing the Home button on your remote, and try launching it again from your home screen.

If that doesn't resolve the problem, uninstall the app and download the latest version from the Google Play Store.

Roku
First, exit the Nick channel by pressing the Home button on your remote, and try launching it again from your channels list.

If that doesn't resolve the problem, uninstall the channel and download the latest version from the Roku Channel Store:
  1. Select the Nick channel in your list of channels.
  2. Press the asterisk (*) button on your remote to bring up a contextual menu, and press "Remove Channel".
  3. Add the Nick channel again from the Roku Channel Store.
  4. Launch the app from Roku Home.
Fire TV
First, exit the Nick App by pressing the Home button on your remote, and try launching it again from your home screen.

If that doesn't resolve the problem, uninstall the app and download the latest version from the Amazon App Store.
