Here are the instructions to request a refund directly from the Google Play Store.
From your mobile device:
- Sign in to your Google account
- To request a refund, contact Google Play's support team.
- Select type of purchase and reason for the refund
- Submit request
From your computer:
- Sign in to your Google account.
- Go to My Account
- To the right of the Game price, click on the three dots
- Click on Report a problem
- Select a reason from the drop down and submit
