You will have to contact the Apple App Store in order to request your refund!
 Here's a handy step by step way to process your claim:
  • Open up your account in iTunes
    • Go to the iTunes Store and click on “account” in the top right corner
  • Check Your Purchase History
    • Once you are logged in, click "See All" under “Purchase History"
  • Report a Problem
    • Scroll down and click on the large button that says "Report a Problem"
  • Select the App
    • Find the app you want a refund for and select "Report a Problem"
  • Explain
    • Select the reason for your complaint and write out a detailed report explaining why you require a refund
