You will have to contact the Apple App Store in order to request your refund!
Here's a handy step by step way to process your claim:
- Open up your account in iTunes
- Go to the iTunes Store and click on “account” in the top right corner
- Check Your Purchase History
- Once you are logged in, click "See All" under “Purchase History"
- Report a Problem
- Scroll down and click on the large button that says "Report a Problem"
- Select the App
- Find the app you want a refund for and select "Report a Problem"
- Select the reason for your complaint and write out a detailed report explaining why you require a refund
