Please contact your provider and report this issue, as they can spot check the transmission. Your provider has better insight into how their set-top boxes and other equipment work. They can determine whether the set top box is outdated and needs to be replaced, which commonly causes most issues with the channel.

Be sure to ask them to open a case, provide them with all relevant info (time, date, channel name and number, show/episode titles, etc.), and they can investigate further.
