We're sorry you're unable to hear sound in the app.

There is a condition called Mute Override which is turned on for videos (allowing them to play while the device is silenced). Unfortunately at this time, that condition isn't turned on for some of the games, so they can be muted on iPads, iPhones, and iPod Touch devices.

On the iOS device, is there a switch on the side? If so, flip it up. If there is no side switch, swipe down from the top right corner of the iOS device screen to open Control Panel. Tap the Bell icon (until it says "Silence: Off"). This will allow audio to be heard. If your device has an older version of iOS, swipe up from the bottom of the screen and tap the Bell icon (until it says "Mute: Off").
