After completing a race, you will be awarded a first, second or third place trophy (gold, silver or bronze).

The highest medal you’ve achieved for a particular level will then be displayed in the level picker for that location (Badlands, Snowy Slopes, Monster Dome).  

You’ll also achieve a corresponding number of stars (3, 2, 1).
