Yes, you can return to the game menu by tapping the orange PAUSE button in the upper left corner of the screen.

Once the pause menu opens, select the orange HOME button on the left to return to the game menu.

You can also return to the game menu after each challenge in Jungle Trek or Transformation Dash by tapping the orange HOME button.
