Each obstacle course is locked until you earn two stars in the previous course.

Once all the obstacle courses are unlocked, you can swipe through all of them and choose which one you’d like to play. If you delete a player, the courses that the player had already unlocked will be removed. This means the next time you come to play, these obstacle courses will need to be unlocked again.
