An internet connection is required to unlock Tico’s Island so make sure you have a strong, stable internet connection.

• To get Tico’s Nutty Forest, you have to first download the free update and progress to the rotating island menu.
• Tap Tico’s Nutty Forest (the grayed out island with the gold lock on it).  
• A promo screen will display, and if you have an internet connection, the price and a “Tap to Unlock” button will appear.  
• Once it does, tap “Tap to Unlock” to start the purchase and download process.
