Any charms that are greyed out in the charm bracelet at the top have not been collected yet. If the charm is in color, you have retrieved it from the location already.

Also, after each run, you are shown which charms you collected at the top of the tally screen.

*Please note that if you delete the player or the game, you will lose all of the charms you have already collected in all of the locations.
