Your gallery is a place to store your work within the Draw & Play app. When pictures are saved to the gallery, they can be edited when you reopen them.

Your camera roll is the photos or gallery on your device. When pictures are saved to the photos, they become a single image, like other photos. They can be reopened in the Draw & Play app, but the items in the picture can’t be edited.
