You can see both the badges you have collected and those that you still need to achieve by first selecting the location for the badges. Once you have done that, swipe over to the left using the touch pad. When the PAW print is highlighted, click the touch pad and the badge display will open.

If you wish to know how to complete a badge, open the badge display for the location. Swipe to the badge you are interested in and click on the touch pad. 
  

To exit out of the badge display, just highlight the PAW print again and click on the touch pad.
