Before trying the steps below, be sure to check that you have a strong and stable WiFi connection.

To download PAW Patrol: Rescue Run after purchasing the Pups Rescue Pack, please follow the steps listed below.
  • Re-enter the iTunes App store from your device
  • Stop PAW Patrol: Rescue Run from downloading by selecting the game from inside the bundle and hitting the stop button
  • Click the download link that appears when the previous download was stopped
  • See that the game installs properly and is now playable alongside the other 3 games in the bundle
