Tap on the Album (orange square) on the bottom right corner of the Home screen.

The sticker album will load. From here you can choose a background by tapping on the background (orange) tab.  Once your background has loaded, you can continue to personalize the pictures by dragging various stickers from the blue tab to create a masterpiece.
