You have to find Parisa in the forest before the hourglass runs out. Swipe left and right to look throughtout the forest.

Be sure to look closely as Parsia is great at blending into her surroundings. Once you find her, tap on her and she will move to her next hiding spot. Find her in the allotted time and retrieve your reward.
