1. In Settings, enable Parental Controls (turn switch to On position).

2. Tap "Profiles & Family Library" > choose or create a child profile.

3. In the child profile menu, tap "Add Content" > "Share Content" > "Games and Apps". Make sure Nick Jr. has a checkmark.

4. Go back to the Child Profile's menu and scroll down to tap "Web Settings". Choose "Modify Web Browser" and enable "Filtered Websites & Videos".

5. Go back one menu and scroll up to "Add Content". Tap "Add Websites". Add adobe.com and your TV provider's URL(s).*

Type the URL in the empty field at the top and press Enter.

Once the site is found, press the green “Allow” button (even if it shows an error page in the preview).

Tap “Next” to add another URL or “Done” to return to the Manage Web Content menu.

6. Switch to the Child Profile, open Nick Jr., and tap Grownups to sign in to your TV provider.

If you are still unable to log in using these steps, please contact us with the name of your TV provider and a brief description of the app's behavior (including any error messages).
